I got these free because they were a little out of date (dates mean nothing in our house!)
On their own I find these a bit bland but that may just be the style of sausage they are emulating - smoked but not hugely flavourful.
But - cut up into chunks it adds great texture to stews and sauces and can jazz up my spaghetti pomodoro 💕
