Review of Hiyashi Udon Tempura Teishoku at Greendot ONE RAFFLES PLACE by shawneofthedead

I really enjoyed this - nice springy udon noodles paired with a savoury umami dipping sauce, as well as lightly battered vegetable tempura (shitake and enoki mushrooms, carrots, long beans) as well as a couple slices of vegan squid. Hope this expands to and is made available at other outlets!
