So much protein! 🤩 More than I’ve had all week at least 🤭 No wonder I have sleep issues! With food like this on my mind though, it’s hard to blame me 🙈 Just a disclaimer though, I was the only one in our crowd of 4 that actually liked this dish! The rest found it too simple and that it lacked the flavour of #cashew and basically just tasted like watered down #thaichillisauce 🧐 I get where they’re coming from, sure, but also.. not really? It’s like a more decent #sweetandsour that’s just a tad #spicy. What’s not to love? 🤷‍♀️
