These cappelletti were a good option, for a change. I liked them in a vegetable broth topped with vegan cheese (mix of grounded almonds, nutritional yeast and miso paste). Give it a try! Expensive: €3,89 at Jumbo. Packaged in plastic #plasticisscary and carton. Nutrionally not too bad.
