Had this Samosa Soup also known as Samuza Hincho in one of my favourite restaurants Burma Burma.
Here Samosa is served in a tangy soup containing vegetables and black chickpeas.
I like to eat Samosas and usually don't experiment with them much, but this dish is quite good. The tanginess of the soup was perfect and crunchiness of chickpeas were just on point.
