Happy New Year! What a way to start the year!
I was craving this exact dish but really wasn’t expecting it on any menu and we happened to go to Doppio. The cashew yoghurt was tangy, the granola crunchy and flavourful with a sweet compote and delicious fresh fruits! The waitress warned it would be a small serving but I found this to be just right. Will definitely be having this again.
