Sure, it looks messy—it sure turned out to be—but does that really concern you? This sandwich was a huge, delicious stack, which I upgraded with some plant bacon. The consistency of the breaded chick’n patty matched the chicken patties I’ve eaten in the past, before my vegan days. And did I mention that the combo of vinegary pickles, salty bacon, sweet tomatoes, and zesty buffalo sauce makes for a taste explosion? Well, it does! Enjoy.
