Matcha cake en Mori café — Reseña de Jeanne (30 dic 2022)

Quite an original sweet treat which you can get at Mori Café 🍵🥢 It is a matcha cake that comes with chestnut’s puree and yummy whipped cream. You’ll also find some small chestnut chunks at the bottom of the cake. I found the combo interestingly: the chestnut sweetsness pairs really well with the gently earthy and unsweetened matcha flavour.
I wouldn’t call this cake a must try but it does taste (and look) good, plus I really like how it changes from what you can usually get in vegan cafés, bakeries and restaurants!
