Loved this festive roast, I made the glaze recipe from the box, I went for the adventurous option 😉 cooked up well, lovely mix of flavours in the roast and the stuffing, the glaze kept it nice and moist, perfect alongside my favourite festive veg and crispy potatoes! Will be testing it on the Christmas panini later as well!
