A simple, four-ingredient mix that goes so well! Long beans 🫘, eggplant 🍆, lady fingers ✌️, baby corn 🌽, and.. #petai? I’m literally feeling so gaslighted r/n 😭😭 Is my maths really that bad? #️⃣gaypeopleproblems fr 😭 This thing dish though, AGAVE, tops the #salty on my review persona. If you’re wondering, yes. I am indeed worse in real life 😮‍💨 This has to be one if my favourite #mixedvegetable dishes out there though, they weren’t capping when they named this “four kings” 🙌 I think they used some kind of #belacan in the mix and cooked everything at an extremely high heat. The vegetables were still boiling inside by the time they reached our table! The secret to perfectly purple aubergines, perhaps? I loved everything about this dish & would highly recommend it 😋
