This is a super flavorful and delicious mix of seasoned veggies. The package includes roasting instructions but I ended up thawing and heating in a skillet due to time constraints and they worked out great that way. Enjoyed these with some Beyond Meat Sweet Italian sausages; they were a delicious pairing!
