Interesting name.. 😂 the colour of the batata is so beautifully bright orange, and they did good work with the grilling (?) Of the outside skin. Looks pleasant to the eye, and the size is satisfyingly big!

Soft and creamy inside, easy to eat with a spoon. They gave alittle tahini sauce along with it, but we went to top up occasionally from the free flow of pita and tahini💝 there were big pieces of sea salt flakes sprinkled on top.
Tastes great when eaten with the salt, but not enough salt to go with every spoon of it 😂 it was yummy, but not sure if I would order again.

I'm not so used to the taste . It tastes alittle like those sweet potatoes in the dessert, sweet potato soup. I'm used to eating it like that, instead of grilled with salt 😅
