This authentic, cozy, super friendlyKorean restaurant has a bunch of vegan options on the menu. This soondubu jjigae is delicious and very nutritious, with tons of veggies and silk tofu. I ordered regular spiced, but if you’re not used to a lot of heat, you can order it mild.
I highly recommend.
