🇬🇧 This is really a treat! I often make pistachio spreadable at home but the luxurious smooth texture of industrial products is still an impossible goal for me to achieve.
A bit too sweet for my taste, but not that overwhelming you can’t afford a second teaspoon.
I’d say would be perfect on a toasted unsalted bread slice, or as a stuffing for some puff pastry bakery of choice.

Preparo spesso la spalmabili di pistacchi in casa, il gusto c’è ma sono ancora ben lontana dall’ottenere la cremosità vellutata tipica dei prodotti industriali.
Forse un po’ troppo dolce per i miei gusti, ma non tanto da non riuscire a mangiarne un secondo cucchiaio.
Secondo me perfetta su una fetta di pane sciocco tostato, o per riempire qualche lievitato magari di sfoglia.
