Looks astonishing so decided to order one to try. Basically it's inflated and deep fried, and tastes very similar to fried bread sticks (youtiaos)😄 The dough is flavorful, with a thin crispy texture on the outside, and soft on the inside. Came with chana masala aka chickpeas curry for dip, and also a lime for added freshness to balance the dish.

Hey @stanleyxu94 wondering if you checked with the staff if they add any Ghee or Clarified Butter in the gravy. If they do, then it wouldn't be vegan anymore.
