Review of Impossible™ 'Sausage', Pistachio & Lentil Meatloaf at Privé Wheelock by dommo

A festive special! This “meatloaf” had a firm texture with some crumble to it, the added pistachios and lentils definitely helped make it feel unique and not like an impossible product!
The brussel sprouts were brilliant but I found that for the size of the meatloaf, the sides were slightly lacking. I feel like this would be better with more sides and less meatloaf!
A delicious dish nonetheless!
