Gyozalicious en Izakaya Midori — Reseña de sachaz (3 dic 2022)

A twist on gyoza which was very welcomed.
The gyoza are delicious, light and full of flavour.
The chef fries the gyozas together and then it is presented like a large pancake and you pull the gyoza from the main shell.
I had mine with their lovely Chili oil, wasabi and fresh pickled ginger 🙌
