This is an incredibly thoughtful and considered plate of food.
The presentation is immaculate and the tastes are gorgeous.
From the “vegan caviar” which is made with seaweed, to the “salmon” which is made from a Japanese root vegetable, a variety of others, all served with fresh wasabi and ginger, this is a sushi experience all vegans should try ❤️❤️
