4 large popsicles with a very short list of ingredients. There are 20g of added sugars--woah thats a lot of #canesugar for a bar that's made out of fruit! I normally don't get popsicles, or fruity frozen treats in general, but this was a nice change of pace. I probably won't buy these again, but if you like #strawberry/fruit you can give them a shot.
