
These were really good! Not something I would typically go for, but they were half price at The Green Edge so thought we would try. I don’t know if I’ve ever had “real” chipolatas, and I was a bit stumped on how to incorporate them into a meal instead of just snacking, which I’m sure they’re also perfect for. Ended up having them with potatoes, braised cabbage and apple.
They had a great texture and flavour and cooked up nicely in the air fryer - I didn’t wanna dirty another pot.
