It had been decades (decades!) since I’d had a Bologna sandwich. Having Yves Veggie Cuisine Bologna on hand made it possible to put together a quick, delicious & inexpensive childhood favorite. I’d definitely recommend this to a friend who wants to segue to a plant-based diet & I’d buy this again for the occasional treat. #eatplantsnotanimals

Being from Texas, one of my favorite sandwiches as a kid was fried baloney (on white bread with just yellow mustard)! I wonder if this would taste similar…
