This was the loaded Mac & Cheese with seitan stribs and jalapeños.
I so wanted to love this bowl but the pasta was tasteless.
The macaroni & sauce complimented each other as it was cooked well and the sauces consistency was good but that was about it.
I added salt, making it easier to enjoy.
Seitan was really good.

It’s average for me too… I really don’t like seitan ❌ I would prefer mushrooms
