Risotto all’ortica en Taverna dell'Ortica — Reseña de paologemma (19 nov 2022)

Risotto with nettle. Very well balanced and tasty. Nettle (ortica) is a common wild herb in Italy, found everywhere in fields and green areas. I think it’s most probably just picked up wildly around the restaurant. Highly recommended
