This is a cool product, especially for people that still crave the taste and texture of chicken. I thought it mimics chicken very well! The taste is a little bland, but that's why you gotta season and add a sauce.
The box says it's 2.5 servings, but I added it to my pasta with a bunch of veggies, so it lasted more like 4-5 servings. I like how much #protein is in here: 50g in the entire container. And 13g of #fiber ! Also a good amount of calcium, potassium, and iron.
