This consisted of 2 fluffy and crispy poori, lentil tamarind stew, chickpea masala, ginger agave roasted carrot salad, tangy cucumber salad, green chutney, tomato chutney, coconut yogurt, and potato pea curry. Thalis are such a great way to sample multiple dishes and this one had a well-thought-out combination of delicious and complementary ones. #thali #veganindianfood #saveveganrestaurants #poori
