Bolinho de baião en Teva — Reseña de carolinecapaccia (6 nov 2022)

This is a traditional dish from northeast of Brazil. It is a rice and beans fried balls. Decent size and perfect to share. It has smoked tofu inside and it is served with mayo and ‘couve’ a Brazilian type of kale on top. Just beautiful.
