This is our favorite vegan cheddar for sandwiches. We’ve fed it to multiple non-vegans who said they really liked it and couldn’t tell the difference from a dairy cheddar slice. Like any cheese the nutritional profile isn’t the same as kale (hence the 4 stars), but otherwise its outstanding.
