Delicious vegan #alcoholfree #cocktail🍹 with Ginger Ale, brown sugar, limes, mint and crushed ice . The presentation was very nice with a blackberry and a raspberry. The cocktail has a refreshing, both sweet (from the sugar) and sour (from the limes) taste. I can definitely recommend it. Served with paper straws instead of plastic ones. The price of the coktail is 5,50 €.

There are no vegan-by-default food options on the restaurant's menu, as you can see in my previous review I had the veganized "Beyond Veggie Burger" here. Maybe other dishes can be veganized too but I have not tried that yet. It still think they should #tryharder and offer vegan-by-default options on their menu.

The restaurant is located in a moated castle in a nice park, its atmosphere (see 2nd - 4th pic, the faces of the restaurant guests are blackened for privacy reasons) is a mix of modern and medieval elements (like knight's armours).
