Active Sushi has the most amazing vegan sushi menu with up to 20 different varieties of carefully thought out hand-crafted sushi. The vegan menu is included in the all-you-can-eat or as purchasing individual platters. I am thoroughly impressed with their menu and willingness to create variety for vegan sushi eaters. I highly recommend !!
