A wonderful dish full of flavour and texture! I particularly enjoyed the flavours of the raspberry with the vegan feta cheese.

Ingredients: mix salad leaves, mangetout, artichoke, vegan feta cheese, red cabbage, avocado, tomatoes, dry tomatoes, marinaded peppers, raspberries, Nigeria seeds, microgreens
