Nori is one of those foods that I grew up loving. These thin, crisp sheets are not only delicious, but also packed with vitamins and minerals! I like having the simple sea salt flavor with rice or just on its own; it’s a nice change of pace from the more unhealthy break room snack options. I feel like this brand’s participation in 1% For The Planet might be slightly undercut by the plastic sleeve and tray used to package such a small amount of seaweed, but I suppose I can’t fault them because it seems to be industry standard. I’ve also heard that they’re phasing out the tray, which would definitely be a step in the right direction.
