This was delicious! The shrimp was crunchy and flavorful. The pork was rich and tasty. I was glad I upgraded to the garlic rice. The presentation was also fantastic, and this is a beautiful as well as tasty dish. Everything is vegan, and my kosher friend was excited to have shrimp again. He actually liked this shrimp better. I found them at the Vegas VegFest, and I will check them out again if I am in the area. #vegfest
