Lovely crispy basil & maze based pastry, filled with roasted tomatoes, grilled courgette and yellow peppers. Refreshing salad with balsamic vinegar on side. Plant based Violife cheese on top. Very tasty, and one of my favourite choices out of all of their vegan options.
