A little box like this goes a long way. Even though the box says it's 3 servings, I feel it's more when made into a dish. This is a photo of a soup I made, probably good for about 5 servings, and I still have about 3/4 box of gnocchi left, plenty more for my favorite way to enjoy them, in pesto sauce! These dumplings have a nice chewy texture, even as I enjoy my leftover soup days later.

i've become a bigger fan of gnocchi lately. i read that people in Argentina eat it on the 29th of every month.
