Nothing like a toasted bagel 🥯 for breakfast! Trader Joe's plain bagel is on the dense side, less fluffy than other brands but is still good. Do you prefer your bagel already sliced?? Well these are not sliced so if you are in a rush you’ll need a few extra minutes to slice it lol.
Still on the higher side for sodium content, but a good source of protein!
