We sampled this at fall fest at #luvinarms animal sanctuary, and my daughter loved it so I bought her a block. I just ate a chunk on Italian bread for lunch, and it really is delicious. The garlic isn’t strong, and the caramelization adds sweetness. I like the texture too.
