
This consisted of meaty and authentic-tasting house-made vegan 🦃, smoky tempeh 🥓, avocado, shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, creamy pesto aioli, sweet and spicy carrot-habanero jam, and balsamic glaze on a pleasantly chewy ciabatta hoagie. The mix of meaty, cheesy, and creamy with crisp, fresh veggies was wonderful. Served with a pickle and thick-cut house-made potato chips with skin on the edges and sprinkled with herbs.
