The vegan mayo that I had been purchasing regularly seems to have disappeared from the grocery store shelves so I bought this as an alternative. So glad that I did!
It has a great flavor and is kind of ‘fluffy’ in a good way! It adds a nice bit of creaminess.
Even though it is ‘reduced fat’ it still tasted pretty rich to me. (The addition of avocado might have helped with that-lol.)
Pretty clean ingredients.
