Pumpkin seeds de Alesto — Reseña de valedv (2 oct 2022)

I use to add a spoon of these seeds in salads because they are nutritionally very good, rich in protein and fibres. I want to try these also in cakes when baking.
I like the resealable pack, the seeds stay fresh for long.
