I loved everything bagels, so having a seasoning with the things that make everything bagels so tasty is amazing. This is just a brand I found on Amazon but it’s pretty good. I don’t know if I’m technically supposed to have seeds yet since I’m still on full fluids but it got me to eat my plain oatmeal so it’s a win.
