Roasted Cauli en Analogue — Reseña de claire (25 sept 2022)

This dish consists of roasted cauliflower on a sweet pepper purée. Topped with gremolata and fried chickpeas on the side. Cauliflower was nicely charred. Chickpeas were crispy. All the ingredients came together very nicely.
