
On the last leg of my vacay, I was shocked and delighted there was a Malaysian chain of #vegantexmex restaurants in existence 🤩 This was the first meal stop I’d ever made with more than 1 other vegan so we shared much dishes 😁 Starting with this not even tex-mex dish 😂
I really have nothing bad to say about this dish 😍 The rice was moist and rich enough. The side of cucumber and long beans felt nice and fresh 😋 The hericium mushroom was fried to a beautiful tenderness with a good crisp layer of greasy flavour 🤪 The sambal was kicking 🔥 and i don’t know what the anchovy replacement was but they were SO ADDICTING, with the nuts of course 👌
My only negative remark is that RM15 for #nasilemak is just insane 😳 This is supposed to be poor man’s cooking 🫤
This was seriously incredible but the price is just painfully difficult to justify 🤕
