Smooth and creamy mashed potato! Topped with edamame (more premium than peas haha), corn, and carrot for added nutrition and texture/flavour complexity. Drizzled in housemade BBQ and mayo sauce. Hearty and tasty, plus slightly remniscent of potato salads I ate in Japan! Can be served hot or cold. Do note that this is a whole-food plant-based low salt/oil/sugar eatery; you can request for stronger seasoning when placing your order. Allium-free by default.
