Salad-San en Ramen-san — Reseña de Jeahan Olaez (6 sept 2022)

This salad was very fresh with mixed greens, sliced cucumber, cherry tomato and what I thought were some type of noodle on top, but I think it is actually the Japanese daikon radish. Served with a carrot ginger dressing which was very flavorful! I loved it!
