This was a light and fluffy Fair Trade chocolate pudding layered with Marie biscuits (simple, slightly sweet cookies) soaked in coconut milk, then topped with coconut whipped cream and Equal Exchange chocolate shavings. It was dreamy and delightful. #saveveganrestaurants
