With the three taco order, this meal was both hearty and hefty. The flavor of the seitan, caked in adobo sauce, sneaks up on you, with a medium zest that makes for a bold flavor without being too spicy. The tacos are made with double-layered, corn tortillas, and jam-packed with the ingredients, making the meal filling.

I highly recommend this dish.
