Penne Napolitana en Doppio Zero — Reseña de Francesca (2 sept 2022)

With all the dishes I have tried at Doppio Zero this was the only disappointing one
The penne was undercooked , and the sauce had a strange taste which I later placed , the taste came from the seasoning rubbing tgat gets used on biltong, it gave a strange meaty taste and smell to the pasta

Pasta should be clean and uncomplicated
