I just purchased the sample set. The caps are too tight and cannot open them. If I force it, the vial will break and cut my fingers. I have to throw all of them away as they will not open. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. When I contacted the company, Tiffany actually said that they are "very tight" and went back and forth with multiple emails on how to open the vials. I have never had problems before with similar vials at other retailers and my distinct impression was Tiffany does not believe the caps are faulty and are a safety issue. The company will get sued if someone cuts themselves on broken glass and this will happen, it is just a matter of time. Tiffany offered me a discount to buy another item. Why would I purchase a product I have not sampled? If that fragrance does not work for me, then I have lost additional money. Buyer Beware on the sample packets.
