I got this at the grocery outlet so at least I didn't spend too much on it. The one good thing is that it has the fattiness of dairy ice cream. Otherwise it was just flavourless frozen sweet cream. Bleh.

In 2004, we started making small batches of coconut-milk ice cream for our dairy-free friends and family in Austin. Pretty soon, word got around how creamy it was and before we knew it, complete strangers were showing up on our doorstep with spoons! That’s how NadaMoo began.
