I was craving falafel but wasn’t in the mood to make from scratch, then I remembered that I had bought this mix to try out and it’s delicious. Just add 1 cup of water to dry mix and done. I pan fried them in little avocado oil and served with homemade flatbread, hummus and veggies. Can’t go wrong for less than $3 box when I bought it.
